Bernadette is a consultant and lecturer, specialising in Housing and Neighbourhood Management, skills and personal development. Bernadette has extensive experience of delivering NVQs and vocational courses accredited by City and Guilds and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
She is also a well-established trainer who has experience of working with tenants groups. She has experience in front line and senior management in the housing field, working for Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Bernadette has been working in housing since 1987 and teaching and training since 1999.
