What our customers say about us“I first met Esu Hill of The Training Brokers at a youth network meeting at a point when I was struggling to source suitable, appropriate provision to deliver an in-house youth work qualification to a cohort of unqualified staff that were desperately in need of the training (having waited over 12 months). Until The Training Brokers I had been unable to source high quality, Level 3 provision at an affordable price so instead was enquiring about NVQ/VRQ Level 2 courses that we might run instead.
Having listened to my predicament, Esu was able to tailor an impressive and very affordable package which has enabled us to fast track our learners through a Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work and as a result, we have also been able to fund an additional 5 learners from the voluntary sector. All this at a time when no external funding is available for level 3 qualifications.
What particularly impresses me about the current program that The Training Brokers our delivering for us, is the ability of both Esu and the course tutor, Rekha to keep the cohort enthusiastic and engaged at a time when the organisation is going through a very significant restructure. Esu takes a very flexible approach to delivery and regularly reviews learner’s progress so that if necessary, she can tailor the program to fit with individual needs.
Having also completed the PTLLS qualification through The Training Brokers, I have also had the opportunity to experience them as a learner and was not disappointed. I completed this Level 3 qualification via the fast track and whilst I found completing it over three weeks a challenge, the quality of teaching (delivered by John), moderation and organisation was excellent and I have since recommended the course to colleagues in related organisations who have similar roles to mine.

“I began working with Esu Hill and The Training Brokers in September 2009 on the recommendation of a colleague. I want to put a large team of workers through NVQ courses in Youth and Community Work. In spite of no obvious funding allocation being available for this training within Salford, Esu worked hard and effectively to gain funded places from The Oldham College. Moreover, she explained the benefits of a number of these courses being undertaken as Apprenticeships and sourced everything so that this could happen.
