I am writing to you to express my appreciation for Paula Jenkinson for her professionalism and ability to convey Level 3 Award in Education and Training .Her respect for my disability and minority ethnic background exceeded my expectations. I hope that this kind of treatment will be present permanently on your courses as this is exactly what is needed Such a commitment to learners and the subject area is to be commended. Please can you ensure that this is placed on Paula’s supervision and appraisal record. I would like my letter brought to the attention of the verifiers ( IV and EV) for the awarding body.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The trainer was fantastic. I would consider organising a training and invite you over again to deliver. I am planning to start my own care agency and will be training people who have been volunteering in our Charity.

I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help and encouragement. I started the PTTLs course in October 2014 and due to ill health was unable to carry on with the course at that time but you never gave up on me and with lots of encouragement you got me to come in and get 1-2-1 support to complete the course. A special mention to Rekha, she is a very special lady and managed to keep me motivated. So a huge thank you to you and all of your amazing staff at The Training Brokers.
We would just like to say Thank You for the Food and Hygiene Training we received on Tuesday and Wednesday. Gary was very informative and professional. He provided us with a lot of Knowledge and Understanding regarding food safety and he guided us throughout the course. We build up a good relationship with Gary and we hope he enjoyed training us. We are looking forward to working more closely with the Training Brokers.

I am very grateful to The Training Brokers for giving me the opportunity to undertake IAG Level 4 and providing me with one of the best course tutor Paula Jenkinson. This course was not only important for my personal and professional development but also for the community where I provide free advice as a volunteer. As a qualified IAG Level 4 professional I am now able to support the needs of individuals and get them ready to access the mainstream support to gain maximum results. Personally after completing this course I was able to get a job with NHS where I do Outreach Work and provide professional advice to clients. This course has not only changed my life but also the lives of all individuals I work with. I have now more direction in my life, a clear idea of who I want to be and how I want to go about achieving that. Thank youIrfan Syed, Advice, Information and Guidance (2014)
The Counselling course led by Joan from The Training Brokers over the past few weeks has been one of the most successful courses in terms of student participation and enthusiasm. The group was very varied in terms of ability and background yet gelled very well. When I arrive just before 9am, they are often already there getting a drink and chatting together.
When I asked individuals about the course they seemed really inspired.
In terms of personal development and confidence-building, the Counselling course ticks every box. It certainly fits with our aims at Inspire to develop individual potential and build community. Please thank Joan on our behalf for her hard work. She’s a joy to work with.

After finishing the PTLLS course with The Training Brokers this summer, I started a new job as an employability coach / trainer on Monday 23rd September.
By Friday 27th I had been offered a promotion to Key Worker with funding to set up a new department from scratch. The PTLLS course was invaluable in this as I wouldn't have got the first role without it. When the certificate arrives I'lll have it framed and put it on my office wall! Thanks for your support and especially to Joyce for her superb teachingShelly Naughton, PTTLS
I particularly liked the course because it gave me an idea of what is involved in care. The knowledge I acquired is useful. I also learnt to change my CV and alter it relative to the job I am applying for. I particularly liked Cath the tutor because she was friendly and so helpful and managed to actually make the course more interesting and understandable for all.
Anonymous, Passport to Adult Care (2013)
I found this course very interesting and enjoyed taking part. As a result of taking this course, I have aplied for many care vacancies because I now feel confident in this area.
The tutor was very friendly and approachable and I would recommend this course to anyone who is new to this sector. I feel I have a better understanding of this role and this industry which has enabled me to look for work in this and other associated areas.
Javad Akram, Passport to Adult Care (2013)
I just wanted to thank you for providing me with Bernie Smith as my course tutor for the delivery of my PTLLS Level 4 which I sadly finally completed today. Bernie was absolutely excellent, she developed a fantastic relationship with all her students and was professional, knowledgeable and fun to learn from. She delivered the course content with enthusiasm and I have no doubt I will use lots of her valuable information to help me deliver more inclusive and engaging teaching and learning strategies for years to come.
David Holt, PTLLS (2012)
I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was hard work, but hopefully it will be worth it when it comes to applying for work. It will also be my highest qualification, as prior to the course, I was at NVQ3/BTEC National Certificate level. It was great having Joyce as the tutor. I found her methods and style inspiring, and coming from someone who has had a lot of experience in the field gave it the personal touch that younger or less experienced tutors may not have.
Steve Jacobs, Multiple Courses (2012)
Initially I found the PTLLS course to be very intense and compact, however I spoke to the tutor and was encouraged to carry on. Being of a more mature age than the rest of the class I feel I did have to put a little more work in, however I am proof that it can be done regardless of age or background! So thank you to The Training Brokers and my tutor Bernie Smith and all the class.

I first met Esu Hill of The Training Brokers at a youth network meeting at a point when I was struggling to source suitable, appropriate provision to deliver an in-house youth work qualification to a cohort of unqualified staff that were desperately in need of the training (having waited over 12 months). Until The Training Brokers, I had been unable to source high quality, Level 3 provision at an affordable price, so instead was enquiring about NVQ/VRQ Level 2 courses that we might run instead.
Having listened to my predicament, Esu was able to tailor an impressive and very affordable package which has enabled us to fast track our learners through a Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work, and as a result, we have also been able to fund an additional 5 learners from the voluntary sector. All this at a time when no external funding is available for Level 3 qualifications.
What particularly impresses me about the current program that The Training Brokers are delivering for us, is the ability of both Esu and the course tutor, Rekha, to keep the cohort enthusiastic and engaged at a time when the organisation is going through a very significant restructure. Esu takes a very flexible approach to delivery, and regularly reviews learners' progress, so that if necessary, she can tailor the program to fit with individual needs.
Having also completed the PTLLS qualification through The Training Brokers, I have also had the opportunity to experience them as a learner and was not disappointed. I completed this Level 3 qualification via the fast track and whilst I found completing it over three weeks a challenge, the quality of teaching (delivered by John), moderation and organisation was excellent and I have since recommended the course to colleagues in related organisations who have similar roles to mine.
I look forward to working with The Training Brokers on future projects.
Jill Huswitt, Training and Development Officer, Services for Young People, Stockport MBC
I have worked with The Training Brokers on several occasions and have found the service provided immensely helpful and worthwhile. Esu is highly personable and very enjoyable to work with. I have found her assistance and support invaluable to the work that I do. I have also recommended The Training Brokers' services to others in the knowledge that they always provide an excellent service at a reasonable cost.
For example, The Training Brokers arranged training for the Community Champions to undertake Community Development NVQs. Esu Hill met with all the interested participants before them making a decision and talked through not only the course content, but also discussed how they can progress further and how this qualification will relate to their future careers. I was impressed with the time Esu Hill spent with the participants to explain the qualification in full.
I would refer any other organisation or person interested in further training to talk to The Training Brokers in the future as they will get excellent advice as well as a supportive customer service.
Rachel Walsh, REACH Project
Working with The Training Brokers has been a delight - they are so helpful and knowledgeable. We have been working together for the last 18 months and it has been a true partnership. The Training Brokers were able to tailor their programmes to meet our needs and were very flexible and adjusted the programme to suit the participants.
We would definitely use theas they deliver outcomes
Lesley Blay, NHS
I began working with Esu Hill and The Training Brokers in September 2009 on the recommendation of a colleague. I wanted to put a large team of workers through NVQ courses in Youth and Community Work. In spite of no obvious funding allocation being available for this training within Salford, Esu worked hard and effectively to gain funded places from The Oldham College. Moreover, she explained the benefits of a number of these courses being undertaken as Apprenticeships and sourced everything so that this could happen.
A number of my learners had additional learning needs because of their previous negative experiences of education. Esu's team worked very flexibly and determinedly to ensure all obstacles were overcome and my employees could learn effectively.
I have been very impressed and happy with the standard of service I received from Esu and The Training Brokers. Moreover, I am highly satisfied with the professional development of my team that she supported and the additional value they now add to the company.
Phil East, Deputy Chief Executive, Salford Foundation Trust
I feel this NVQ will give me some additional knowledge for the future and for me to progress.
