Information Advice and Guidance is embedded into all of our courses to support our learners within the current social climates.
We actively promote Prevent, Safeguarding and British Fundamental Values within our culture and our courses.
During their journey with The Training Brokers our tutors will:
- Encourage our learners to disclose any learning difficulties / disabilities so that support can be put into place
- Review and monitor any support measures for effectiveness
- Seek specialist help if needed and signpost to specialist providers
- Develop self-confidence and belief
- Encourage progression to their next steps
- Support Safeguarding Practice and embrace the Prevent duty
